Processing & shipping

Processing can take up to 3 business days on normal days, and up to 7 business days on launch/sale days. Keep in mind that business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders made on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Packages are usually dropped off at the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

We currently ship through USPS.

We offer domestic shipping within the United States. We are looking into international shipping.

Standard shipping is a flat-rate cost of $4.25. It is free with orders $45+.

Expedited shipping is a flat-rate cost of $8.25. It is free with orders $65+. 

Orders selected with Standard Shipping method are shipped through First Class and usually take up to 3-5 days. Some delays may arise during peak seasons and weather conditions.

Orders with Expedited Shipping method is shipped through Priority Mail and usually take up to 2 days. This shipping method is recommended as it is the fastest and will be insured.

If any problems arise while your order is in transit or if you face delivery issues, please contact USPS as your package is out of our hands.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Your order was refunded because an item that you have ordered was out of stock.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please wipe down the packaging with any disinfectant wipe. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jewelrybyame@gmail.com to inform us of a return. Please include your order number and the word "Return Request" in the subject line. Further instructions about the return process will be discussed via email.

Additionally, we are not responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for items that are on sale or any orders purchased with the use of a gift card.

You should receive your refund in your bank account within 3-5 business days. However, banks have a different processing period for refunds. If you have issues with your refund, please contact your bank.

Jewelry info

All orders receive a Jewelry Care Card with the following instructions:

- Avoid contact with water, moisture, perfume, body lotions, hairspray, and other chemicals.

-Handle your jewelry with care. Be gentle when putting it on and removing it.

-Remove your jewelry before going to sleep.

-Remove before going into the shower, pools, hot tubs, working out, etc.

-Keep your jewelry dry and clean with a microfiber cloth, and store in a cool and dry place.

Following these extra care steps for your jewelry will result in your pieces to last longer and look better in the long run. Failure to practice proper jewelry care can result in tarnishing, damaging, and even breakage.

We offer a wide range of materials that our jewelry comes in. We mainly offer gold filled and gold plated products. All of our products are hypoallergenic and nickel free.

Each product has their own material details that can be found in the description. In the description, we try to be as accurate as possible with the product's material and sizing. We also provide some pictures for some sizing references.

We provide measurements for every earring and necklace. All necklace chains are 15 inches, unless stated otherwise in the description. If you'd like a different length, please leave a note during checkout with your desired length. We will try our best to accommodate to your special instructions!
